Tracy in Ibiza

I remember when I met Tracy for the very first time in June 2018 at the well known “Blue Marlin Ibiza”. I was there with my friends to celebrate one of their birthdays and Tracy worked as a promoter for a drink brand.

When she came to our table and offered us some free drinks - we already had a lot - we started a little and very funny conversation. We did not know each other’s names but she reminded me of a friend, the similarity was incredible, almost like a twin. After she served us a couple of drinks we took a selfie together and she continued working.

Almost one year later I came in contact with a gorgeous model from Ibiza. Her name is Tracy and during the summer season she lives here on the island.

As both of us liked what the other did we decided to team up for a little style-shoot. One day before the shooting took part I checked her Instagram feed one more time to make sure everything is well organised. I came across a photo from June 2018 in her “Blue Marlin” promotion dress. At first I was speechless. I thought it is not her. That could not be possible.

It was so funny when I showed her the selfie we shot together one year before. We both had a lot of fun at “Blue Marlin” but we did not know each other’s names. Ibiza is a very little island. It has come full circle.

Anyway, I spoke a lot about the “How I met” - now it is time to speak about the project: We are very happy to show you this beautiful Ibiza lifestyle campaign we shot at our beloved beach “Cala Olivera”. The photos were developed and scanned by my favorite Malvarrosa Film Lab in Valencia. Shot with Contax 645 on Fuji 400h Film.
